Nail Polish and Two Year Old's

So on this day I was down stairs feeding Sophy, when I heard Aspyn say these infamous words "Mommy." Then down the stairs she came and I see nail polish on her toes, legs, mouth, and the begging of purple and silver on the carpet and walls. I walk into our bedroom and see that she had pulled out my nail polish's. I remember thinking I can't get mad at her because for one reason I did the same thing when I was young and two I am the one who left the nail polish in a spot for a toddler to get to. The saying goes a picture speaks a thousand words well I have three pictures ...

Let it SNOW

Today is a new day and a new adventure. The reason being is that I have been hounded by friends to start up a blog. Today I am, but not for the reason for friends but for my children.

Aspyn

Aspyn is my little sassa frass. She is definitely made of sugar and spice and everything nice. She loves her little sister Sophy and helps me keep her entertained when I am not able to. Aspyn loves reading, dancing, playing with Sophy, and riding her bike. Her favorite toys are her Littlest Pet Shop and her My Little Ponies. Like mother like daughter. She is very independent and it now takes an extra couple of minutes trying to leave to go anywhere because she wants to buckle herself in. She is very eager to let us know when she doesn't want our help. I guess that is typical of a three year old.

Sophy

Our Soapy bean is a ray of sunshine. She is very much a girl in the sense that when she is happy she is always smiling and when she is not she will let you know! She also loves reading and will often grab a book and come and sit in my lap. Soapy also loves to cuddle up to you and pat you. It took me awhile to figure out why she did that and I found out that it was because I pat her like I am burping her. She loves moving her head into whatever you are looking at so that you will look at her and acknowledge her. Her other favorite thing to do is to take something that she knows she is not suppose to have and run while looking back to make sure that you see that she has it. Recently she likes taking the entire roll of toilet paper and pulling it down the hall and into the different bedrooms. She also likes getting into drawers and pulling out all clothes within her reach. Out of all of her favorite things she does is to play with Aspyn and try to be big just like her. She LOVES her older sister!
